Fairview Elementary School

Welcome to the 2026 – 2027 school year! Our staff is busy preparing for an exciting school year and look forward to seeing everyone on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Our regular day bell schedule is 8:20 AM - 2:34 PM. Please check our school website https://fairview.mcs4kids.com/ for updates throughout the summer. We are excited to continue offering before-school childcare starting at 7:00 AM.  

You will have the opportunity to sign up and learn more during our annual Round-Up. Fairview Elementary School will be hosting a Round-Up for all parents and students on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Modesto City School’s Round-Up provides families opportunities to complete and update necessary beginning-of-the-year registrations, ask questions, and learn about student activities and parent involvement opportunities. Once the paperwork is complete, you will receive your child’s teacher and classroom assignment. Round Up details will also be posted on our school website the 3^rd week of July. 

New to MCS or new to Fairview? Please help us meet our District goal of collecting an application from every new family by completing the online application on or before Round-Up on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Please use this link to complete the application: http://modestoHIDC.nlappscloud.com. If you have questions, we will have staff available to assist parents in completing the application during Round-Up.   

In order to avoid long waits, we request that families only attend during their scheduled time. Round Up will be located in the Fairview Elementary Cafeteria, 1937 W.   Whitmore Avenue, Modesto, CA 95358. Please follow the schedule below according to the student’s last name.
