About Fairview

Fairview is a Traditional Elementary School which offers students the benefits of a cohesive instructional program. Students benefit from a strong emphasis on reading, writing, and mathematics integrating science and social science into these subjects through the use of informational text. VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) are addressed through hands on experience, interactive assemblies and productions, as well as through our ongoing collaborative work with local agencies such as Great Valley Museum, Dairy Council, and a variety of others. Computer Literacy Skills are taught weekly.  Students are provided with enrichment and/or intervention in specific areas to better provide a differentiated instructional program to meet the needs of all students. Falcons are developed as citizens through the integration of PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports) across campus which include utilizing strategies of Restorative Justice, positive rewards to shape behavior, Alternative Consequences for students, and the use of the PeaceBuilder program to build a common language amongst staff and students. Our behavior expectations are outlined by our SOAR guidelines which call for students to BE Safe, BE On-task, BE Accountable, and BE Respectful.

Our Vision:

All Falcons, students and staff will learn and grow!
